I am unable to generate a takeoff on any of my projects. It is not isolated to just one project. It is all of them. I keep getting this error message.
update: I tried starting a new model and am still having the same problem. I reinstalled Sketchup and Plusdesignbuild and it still has the same problem.

I’m not able to replicate the issue you’re having, but it’s an odd one.
For me to be able to diagnose what could be causing the issue I need some more info. Someone from the office will be in contact with what’s needed plus any other info.
