subscription has been assigned to another machine

My PlusSpec account was automatically logged out after a Windows update. When I tried to click “Reset Machine” or “Activate,” the buttons weren’t working. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the PlusSpec extension, but now when I log in, it says, “This subscription has been assigned to another machine.” do you have an idea how to solve this problem?
