I’m trying to use the model viewer tool but every time the client opens the link it says “Model viewer failed to obtain license status” or there won’t be anything there at all.
Is there a solution for it?

We were making some internal changes yesterday which may have affected the 
3D Model Viewer. I was able to successfully use the tool just now, so if you try again it should also work for you.
You can save it to Google drive or similar and have it work on your website or from a browser.
