I have just noticed with the latest Beta version. When I edit the windows and select the lintel to top of wall it places it 10mm lower and into the Jamb Studs. I cant seem to see if its a setting I have set.

Also worth noting as I am working through updating the details of the wall frames, I have been experiencing more crashes than usual. It is a model drawn in an older version of Sketchup that I am now updating in 2026. Cheers

Thank you for bringing the issue to our attention, it’s due to the bottom plate being overwriten to a material with smaller/larger thickness. We resolved the issue in the last version that was release last week (v26.0) & will be sending an updated beta soon.
I haven’t encounted many crashes recently but thank you for bring it to our attantion, I will keep an eye out for it. What I would recommend trying is to make sure you’re using the latest version of SketchUp 26 & to also reintstall SketcUp as sometimes this resolves some issues. I would also do the same with PlusSpec.
