need urgent help: when I add door in PlusSpec, It doesnot create any door/ window just shows opening

Hi INEngineering,

I haven’t encountered the issue you’re having before & I’m not able to replicate it either. Here are some things I can recommend trying:

  1. There may be an update for the Dynamic Components extension. Go to Extensions > Extension Manager & update the extension if one is available.
  2. It could be due to a conflict with another extension, so in the Extensions Manager, disable all extensions except for the native SketchUp extensions, Dynamic Components & PlusSpec. Once done, check if the issue still occurs.

If the issue persists after trying the above, can you please send an email to support@plusspec.com with the following info?

  • A model showing the issue.
  • An error message, if one appears in the Ruby Console, when attempting to replicate the issue. To launch this dialog, go to Extensions > Developer > Ruby Console.
