Can you use the new tool to complete a shadow study using an imported DWG survey instead of a google map as it is often difficult to pinpoint a site in a recently registered area using google Maps
If so how
Currently the way that the shadow study works is that it uses the geo-location of the model.
I don’t believe that there is a way to do this.

You can import your DWG terrain data then geo-locate it by putting in a custom latitude and longitude for your model. To customise your position go through these buttons “Window” - “Model Info” - select “Geo-location” from the left list then under “Advanced Settings” use the “Set Manual Location” button and enter your required latitude and longitude. “Ok” that data, save your model then apply the shadow study.
Zorro
