Roof type

Hi,
I’m trying to recreate this roof type in PlusSpec. 2 skillions on the sides and a hip and valley roof that starts in-between at the front and extends to the back of the dwelling. I have a attached a picture of the roof type.
The other roof type is a skillion on the front and a hip and valley roof at the back and have the faces on one side of the skillion attach to the hip and valley.

I also how do I do a cathedral ceiling type but for only one section in the house? also how do you rake a ceiling only in one section (the alfresco area)?
