Hi I posted on new users questions and concerns as well as direct email I paid the $795 fee and I have yet to receive any response this is not a good way to run a business. If you expect American users to like and recommend and use your product we need communication as well as the issues I posted to be resolved in your software. Right now it’s unusable for the reasons I have outlined in that post. As it stands now it’s not professional nor can it replace revit “yet”
I believe with the fixes I ask and I can assume other professional architects agree with me it will be a viable product please respond to my questions
