Not installing properly

Hi Daniel, I tried following your install steps and it ran through the process OK but no toolbars appear and it seems no PlusSpec is loaded.

Some quick questions to help us try to debug

  1. What Operating System are you on?
  2. What version of SketchUp are you using?
  3. Do any errors appear during or immediately after loading SketchUp?
  4. Is there a file named rubysketch.rb in your plugins folder?
  5. Is there a file named rubysketch_plusspec.rb in your plugins folder?
  6. Is there a folder named rubysketch in your plugins folder?
  7. Is there a folder named rubysketch_plusspec in your plugins folder?
  8. If it exists, what files/folders are in the folder %APPDATA%/rubysketch ?
  9. If it exists, what files/folders are in the folder %LOCALAPPDATA%/rubysketch ?
