lost my toolbar

Support General Help With PlusSpec

Hi,

i lost my plusspec toolbar. Tried the fQA and pasted into the Ruby console box, but it didn’t work. now showing an error message within the box, but unable to delete it. please help me.

An error message in the box? you unable to delete it? Sorry you have to be more specific than that.

Have you closed Sketchup and re-opened? Are you using MAC or PC are you using PlusSpec pro, PlusArchitect or PlusDesignBuild? We can’t help unless we know what system you are using but if it is Windows ensure you have the PlusSpec toolbar turned on

  1. Go to View at the top left-hand side of Sketchup
  2. Click toolbars
  3. Scroll down and ensure PlusSpec or whatever version you have is ticked
