I would love a description/purpose for each of your automated layers.

This would enable us when drawing that we ensure all items are on the correct layers eliminating any errors with the automated scenes and schedules.

90% of layers are self explanatory but others are not

Example:-

24G_Fix-Out - What was this layer intended for Joinery?
24G_Fix-Out-B - What was this layer intended for ???

This will also eliminate creating more layers unnecessarily

Hi,

Is this information available somewhere as a table/ info graphic ?
I’m just doing some custom components and am looking for the reference so I can use correct layers.

Hi all,

We are currently in the process of writing up a list of all the layers in PlusSpec and explaining what they are and where they are used in the software.

I’m not sure when this will be available but I believe it will be sometime in the near future.

The easiest way to figure out what is where is to do a take-off and do not close it, then turn layers off one by one.
