When posting a support topic, please:

  • Include your SketchUp version (Help > About SketchUp)

  • Include your PlusSpec version (Window > Preferences > Extensions > PlusSpec)

  • Include your operating system and it’s version, for example

For error when launching:

  • Include the text of any errors that appear

For errors during use:

  • Open the ruby console (Window > Ruby Console) and include any output in your message
