Error: Maximum allowed licenses

Hi PlusSpec,

Got my license today but having issues when trying to activate in Sketch Up. I get the following message

Error: Maximum number of allowed licenses reached.

I only have the one license and have only tried to install on one machine (Win10 64 bit).

I have also tried uninstalling the rubysketch folder and file from plugins and then reinstalling but getting the same error message…

Anyone able to help out?
