Door interact issue

HI There, I have seen a couple of times when using the interact tool on a door to open it, that when it swings back it jumps off it’s hinges. Do you know what that is about? It will continue to swing open in the right position, but closed it ends up a foot off the door frame. I can’t figure that out what makes it do that…

Further info: It is maybe just the interior swing doors?
